The September 11 National Memorial Trail Alliance hopes to build a multi-use trail route linking the 9/11 memorials at the World Trade Center in New York, the Pentagon in Washington, D.C., and Shanksville,Pennsylvania. To this end, they have asked lawmakers to sign a resolution in support of the proposed 1,300 mile September 11 National Memorial Trail, writes Kay Stephens in The Altoona Mirror.
Signing the resolution does not require financial support.
