Kin’s plea on 9/11 remains

By Julia Marsh New York Post

An attorney for 9/11 victims’ families will argue today that unidentified remains should be protected from future hurricanes and placed above ground at the World Trade Center site.

Thirty family members carrying photos of their loved ones will accompany attorney Norman Siegel to argue their case at a Manhattan appellate court.

Hurricane Sandy inundated the site with up to 30 feet of water.
