Ellen Place in Kings Park has been renamed for retired FDNY FF James J. Hurson of Brooklyn’s E-318, who died of World Trade Center-related illness.
Both FF Hurson’s sons followed him into the FDNY and attended the July 9, 2022 ceremony, reports Michael DeSantis for the Kings Park Patch.
