Judge orders more treatment for man accused of 9/11 commemoration bomb plot

Stephanie Brown of WOKV reports that Joshua Goldberg, who is accused of planning a bomb attack at a Kansas City September 11th commemoration last year, is not mentally competent to stand trial. Goldberg has been ordered to remain in the treatment facility he’s been living in for four more months.

Should Goldberg be declared competent to stand trial, his attorney has already stated that an insanity defense is planned.
