Haunting icons of September 11 rise at Marine Corps museum

A nearly 11-foot beam from the World Trade Center; a clock from the Pentagon, hands frozen forever at 9:39am; and a fighter jet deployed after 9/11 have been installed in the  new extension of the Marine Corps Museum in Triangle, Virginia.

The new wing tells the Marine Corps stories from 1976 until now, reported Michael E. Ruane for the Washington Post.
