Harris explains why he voted against 9/11 First Responder Bill

Maryland Congressman Andy Harris is one of only 12 Representatives who voted against H.R.1327 – Never Forget the Heroes: James Zadroga, Ray Pfeifer and Luis Alvarez Permanent Authorization of the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund Act.

He explains that the bill included compensation to survivors for the next 70 years, calling the bill “fiscally irresponsible,” reported Robert Lang for WBAL NewsRadio 1090 and FM 101.5.
