Groundbreaking for final phase of Flight 93 memorial planned

The final piece of the Flight 93 National Memorial is about to be unveiled. The Tower of Voices, a structure bearing a windchime for each of the 40 passengers and crew members murdered aboard United Flight 93 during the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, will hold a “soundbreaking” on Sunday, September 10, 2017, reports Debra Erdley in the Tribune-Review.
