Miosotys Santiago walked in the rain last weekend to honor Andrew J. Bailey, her fiancé, who was killed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks while working for Marsh McLennan. She walked with a friend to raise funds for the National September 11th Memorial.
Santiago is herself a survivor of the attacks.
“I know it’s raining, but I just can’t stop smiling,” Ms. Santiago told Sarah Gordon of The Day, “That’s all Andrew shining down.”
