Gregory Reszka, 9/11 survivor who assisted 75 others to safety, dies at 66

Gregory “Greg” Reszka died on New Year’s Day 2020 at the age of 66.

Born in Poland, Greg came to the US as a child. He worked for the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey for 28 years, retiring as the assistant director for PATH.

During the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Greg was in the building and helped to save the lives of 75 people.

Upon his retirement, Greg and his wife moved to North Carolina, reports the Port City Daily of Wilmington.
