Jennifer Kane touched many lives before she was killed in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001 and her influence continues in the Jennifer Kane Scholarship and Charitable Trust, which this year will add School on Wheels of Massachusetts to their causes Homes for Our Troops and the Jennifer Kane Campership Fund at Camp Clark, writes Rich Harbert in The Patriot Ledger.
Jen Kane, 26, loved Camp Clark, and the Trust has sent children there since 2005.
This year, the Trust will assist in building a home for wounded Marine Cpl. Roger Rua of Naugatuck, Connecticut.
