Father of Sandy Hook victim wins defamation suit against hoaxers

Lenny Pozner, the father of a child killed in the Sandy Hook Elementary School massacre, has won a defamation lawsuit against the authors of a book that claimed the shooting was a hoax. Mr. Pozner’s son, Noah, 6, was killed in the December 14, 2012 shooting.

Summary judgment was issued this week against James Fetzer and Mike Palacek, who wrote Nobody Died at Sandy Hook.

The Sandy Hook families are now fighting back against conspiracy theorists and others who threaten them, abuse them, and claim they are “crisis actors.” These conspiracy theorists have been tormenting the Sandy Hook community for years, reports Pat Eaton-Robb for the Huffington Post.

Mr. Pozner is the lead plaintiff in several more cases filed to be heard in courts in Connecticut, Florida, Texas, and Wisconsin.
