A legal ruling has found that Napoli Bern, a now-disbanded law firm that took a fortune in fees from representing those sick from the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, may not renege on their promise to pay $5,000,000 to the National September 11 Memorial and Museum, reports Stephen Rex Brown New York Daily News.
