Denise Henick is being awarded the Louis R. Miller Leadership Award in the “Established Business” category for her charitable work.
She is the sister of NYPD Officer James Leahy,who was killed at the age of 38 while responding to the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center on September 11, 2001, reports Joyce Venezia Suss in the Staten Island Advance.
