Decorated cop’s three sons graduating to NYPD together

Three brothers —  Stephen Favale, 24, and 22-year-old twins Alec and John Favale — will join the NYPD today, the first time three brothers joined on the same day, wrote Paul Martinka and Chris Perez of the NY Post on December 28, 2015. The father of the brothers is also on the job. Deputy Inspector Anthony Favale is a 30-year veteran of the NYPD, currently with the Organized Crime Bureau.

“I let the kids make their own decision, and it just so happened that they chose the Police Department. And the fact that it’s happening all at the same time is like winning the lottery,” he said.
