Applications to fund medical bills of 9/11 survivors another casualty of COVID-19

COVID-19 has prevented many Lower Manhattan residents, workers and survivors of the 9/11 attacks from realizing their eligibility for the September 11th Victim Compensation Fund. There is still time to do so.

Survivors are making more VCF claims than recovery workers for the first time

This year’s World Trade Center Victim Compensation Fund Report shows that for the first time, survivors of the attacks (which includes lower Manhattan residents, students, and workers) are making more claims than rescue and recovery workers.
