FDNY fireboat John D. McKean that served on 9/11 to be relaunched with new mission after Rockland repairs

The Fireboat John D. McKean, which served NYC during the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, the “miracle on the Hudson” and other historic events, is currently under repair, with the hopes of it becoming a floating museum.
