Flight 93 National Memorial exhibit recalls first decade

The Flight 93 National Memorial has a new exhibit entitled Memories from the Memorial — Looking Back 2001-2011, which covers the evolution of the memorial from the initial tributes left on a chain link fence to the dedication of the official memorial ten years after the terrorist attack.

“Staten Island Remembers” ceremony honors fallen police officers

Families of NYPD officers who have died of  World Trade Center-related illnesses or in the line of duty joined officers in a ceremony at the 121 Precinct.

Retired EMT, mom of late firefighter attend New York City graduation of baby saved in 1998

Regina Coyle, mother of Firefighter Jimmy Coyle, who was killed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks, and Coyle’s partner from his days as an emergency medical technician, attended the graduation of Amari Jamison, who Coyle and his partner delivered 21 years ago.
