Garden of Reflection: Campaign to support 9/11 memorial pushes toward 20th anniversary

Ellen Saracini, widow of Victor Saracini, the pilot of United Flight 175, killed on 9/11, is working to raise funds to establish an endowment to care for Lower Makefield’s Garden of Reflection in perpetuity.
