Bini fundraiser aims to raise money to combat drug epidemic

Mira Wassef of the Staten Island Advance wrote on January 30, 2016 about that evening’s Carl V. Bini  Winter Bash Fundraiser, hosted by the Carl V. Bini Memorial Fund to help Staten Islanders cope with drug addiction.

Carl Bini was a firefighter with Staten Island’s Rescue 5. He was killed in the terrorist attack of 9/11. The foundation in his name supports a variety of good causes in the borough he loved.
