Belgian woman with 3-year-old, 3-month-old sons among those killed in Manhattan attack

Some of the victims of the Halloween terrorist attack in Lower Manhattan have been named, reports Christopher Brennan in the New York Daily News.

Ann-Laure Decadt, a 31-year-old Belgian woman with 3-year-old and 3-month-old sons has been identified. Her mother and two sisters were cycling with her when she was hit by the terrorist’s truck.

Three other Belgians are listed among the injured.

Five men from Argentina – Diego Angelini, Ariel Erlij, Hernan Ferruchi, Hernán Mendoza, and Alejandro Pagnucco – who were in New York to celebrate the anniversary of their graduation were also killed.
