Backpacks complete journey to Nepal in honor of Ann Nelson, 9/11 victim from ND

Second graders from┬áMrs. Fugleberg’s class in Mayville, North Dakota sent 200 backpacks to children in earthquake-impacted Nepal in honor of Ann Nelson.

Ann Nelson from North Dakota was killed in the terrorist attacks of 9/11. She left behind a bucket list of things she planned to accomplish in her life. Her list included travel to Nepal, and she was an avid traveler who helped many people, including working in orphanages, reports Kevin Wallevand of Wday 6.
