After losing a brother, Joe Quinn thought war would save him – now he’s saving other veterans

U.S. Army Captain Joe Quinn hoped to avenge his brother Jimmy’s death at the World Trade Center by fighting in Iraq and Afghanistan, but struggled with trauma and guilt after his combat tours reports Mike Newall in the Philadelphia Inquirer.

Now Quinn is the executive director of Headstrong, a nonprofit group which provides mental health help to veterans.
