Dr. Michael Crane, medical director of the WTC Health Program at Mt. Sinai Hospital, told Bob Hennelly of The Chief Leader that post-traumatic stress disorder should be covered by the 9/11 Victim’s Compensation Fund.
Congress is currently considereing a reauthorization of the 9/11 Victim’s Compensation Fund. As things currently stand, the Fund may run out of funds by 2020.
