The city of Manchester united to remember the 22 people murdered in the bomb attack at a pop concert at the Manchester Arena one year ago, reports Sky News.
The Duke of Cambridge and UK Prime Minister Theresa May attended a remembrance service at Manchester Cathedral alongside families and friends of those killed.
The service at the Cathedral was screened at locations around the UK.
A remembrance campaign has spread around Manchester. More than 7,000 handmade fabric hearts have been placed around the city. Learn more about the hearts at #aheart4mcr.
Tonight, thousands of singers from Manchester-area choirs, including the Manchester Survivors’ Choir, will perform at the Manchester Together – With One Voice concert.
Bells will ring from locations all over the city at 10.31pm, the time of the bombing.
