Jeehoon Park, principal of Qube Architecture in Georgia, claims that his master’s thesis design was stolen and used to design One World Trade Center, reports Amanda C. Coyne in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
Park has filed a federal lawsuit against Skidmore, Owings & Merrill LLP, Tishman Construction Corporation and LLCs controlled by the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey.
