Brian Buck was a water truck driver for months during the recovery efforts at the World Trade Center site. He died last year of site-related illness.
His widow, Lizbeth, has had difficulty in obtaining his final compensation check from Napoli Bern, one of the law firms working with the Victim Compensation Fund.
