Kansas delegation, skeptical in 2010, signals support for September 11 first responders’ bill

An article by Justin Wingerter of the Topeka Capital-Journal dated October 12, 2015 describes the change of heart two Kansas politicians have had about the Zadroga Act. They voted against it in 2010, but are supporting the renewal of Zadroga now.
