Signs for the September 11th National Memorial Trail are expected to go up in time for the 15th anniversary of 9/11, marking progress in the building process, reports John Finnerty in the Daily Item.
The 1,300 mile trail will commemorate the 2,973 people murdered by terrorists on September 11, 2001 by linking the three sites of the 2001 terrorist attacks, the Pentagon in Arlington, Virginia; the Flight 93 National Memorial in Shanksville, Pennsylvania; and New York City, where the World Trade Center towers stood.
