An October 27, 2015 article by Marty Sabota of the Grapevine Star-Telegram describes the dedication of a new statue to the 9/11 Flight Crew Memorial in Grapevine, Texas. The statue depicts a police officer kneeling in honor of the 71 law enforcement officers murdered in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001 and those who have died of World Trade Center-related illnesses since.
