The only person convicted in the US in connection with the 9/11 terrorist attacks, Zacarias Moussaoui, has again filed a number of handwritten lawsuits from prison alleging various offenses against the FBI, prison officials, the ACLU, and a variety of US government officials.
One of the conspirators of the 9/11 hijackers, Moussaoui has filed cases like this before, all of which have been quickly dismissed, reports Shelly Bradbury for The Denver Post.
