9/11 anniversary: Victims’ families face lingering grief 17 years later

Family members of people killed in the terrorist attacks of 9/11 discuss the many ways they cope with grief and realize that grief never leaves.

Jessica Wisniewski was one of the 3,051 children who lost a parent on 9/11. She honors her father, Alan Wisniewski, 47, who was killed in the attacks while working at Sandler O’Neill, by working as an attorney who helps rescue and recovery workers navigate the James Zadroga 9/11 Health and Compensation Act.

Lauren Cook of AMNY reports.
