$4B World Trade Center Transportation Hub nearly set to open for 250,000 daily PATH commuters

The World Trade Center Transportation Hub is almost ready for its grand opening, which will happen in early March. Its heart is the “Oculus” an enormous, white marble hall, with steel ribs jutting from its center. The architect, Santiago Calatrava, likens the outer design to a bird being released from a child’s hands and calls it  “message of love to the city”.

On February 16, 2016, Dan Rivolo reported on the latest news of the Transportation Hub in the New York Daily News.
