Alleged 9/11 mastermind open to helping victims’ lawsuit if U.S. spares him death penalty

Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, who is being held in Guantanamo Bay pending his trial for allegedly masterminding the September 11th terrorist attacks might be willing to help victims of the terrorist attacks in their lawsuit against Saudi Arabia provided that he is spared the death penalty, report Jess Bravin and Andrew Restuccia for the Wall Street Journal.
