2 World Trade Center getting revamped Norman Foster design

The new (unbuilt) Two World Trade Center will be a redesign of its original Norman Foster image. A more recent design by Bjarke Ingels will not be used, reports Steve Cuozzo for the NY Post.

The original Foster design, which featured four diamonds on top, was replaced in 2015 by a stairstep design by Ingels’ firm BIG.

No rendering is currently available, as the reworking of the Foster design is still underway; and no tenant has signed to occupy Two World Trade Center yet.
