Navy Commander Patrick Dunn was killed on September 11, 2001 when terrorists hijacked American Airlines Flight 77 into the Pentagon. His widow, Stephanie DeSimone, was two months pregnant at the time, reports Greg Clary on CNN.
Now, two days after JASTA was passed, DiSimone has filed suit against Saudi Arabia, alleging that the Saudis provided material support to al Qaeda and knew of the plot to attack the US on 9/11.
