Country singer Cole Swindell became the first person to perform in 4 World Trade Center on Tuesday. Swindell’s hit You Should Be Here a song he wrote after his father’s death, took on extra meaning for him, as he sang to an audience of September 11th family members and recovery workers, writes Billy Dukes in Taste of Country.
“This is absolutely the most special thing I’ve ever got a chance to do,” he told the audience at the start of his concert.
