Silverstein Properties and Brookfield Properties are considering a joint bid for the development site of the future 5 World Trade Center (the former Deutsche Bank building south of the World Trade Center site).
The Lower Manhattan Development Corporation issued a request for proposals for 5 World Trade Center earlier this summer. The deadline is September 20, 2019, reports Valeria Ricciulli of Curbed.
5 World Trade Center is expected to be at least partly residential.
