Andrew Bacolo was arrested and charged with criminal mischief Tuesday morning after vandalizing the 9/11 memorial on the corner of Amboy Road and Main Street in Staten Island’s Tottenville neighborhood, reported Paul Liotta in the Staten Island Advance.
Apparently Bacolo tampered with, damaged, or removed some of the American flags on the memorial.
