According to White House sources, a 2014 letter addressed to Barack Obama from Khalid Sheik Mohammed, the man accused of orchestrating the 9/11 terror attacks has been delivered, reported Carol Rosenberg in the Miami Herald.
It is not known whether the president has read the letter.
