The 117th Port Authority Police Department graduating class became the first class to hold their badge ceremony at the site of the World Trade Center, where 37 of their colleagues were killed responding to the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001.
The 124 new officers laid a wreath at the names, reports CBS New York.
