P.O. Sherrod Stuart received a hero’s salute from PBA board officers and dozens of his colleagues as he left the Hospital for Special Surgery yesterday to continue his recovery from injuries he sustained in a Jan. 9 shootout in the Bronx.
P.O. Stuart was wheeled out holding a photograph of his hero uncle, Port Authority P.O. Walwyn Stuart, who was killed in the line of duty after helping to evacuate the WTC PATH station on 9/11.
