The sailor who was found dead aboard the USS Arlington has been identified by the Navy as medical corps officer Lt. Kaylie Ludwig. An investigation is ongoing.
She was found on Monday and pronounced dead as the USS Arlington was in port in Rota, Spain.
Lt. Ludwig served the Navy since 2013 and joined the crew of Arlington last July, reports Stars and Stripes.
