ISIS terrorists have killed at least 22 people have been killed in the town of Beni in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Thirteen of the victims were beheaded. An ISIS-affiliated group called the Allied Democratic Forces carried out the attacks on May 25, reports Chris Pleasance for the Daily Mail.
Other villagers are missing. There are children among the dead.
The ADF, known in the US as ISIS-Democratic Republic of the Congo, has been active in the area for about 30 years. Its goal is to usurp the Ugandan government and replace it with an Islamic state. The group is responsible for 849 killings last year and roughly 500 killed this year so far.
