Pope Francis will visit New York City beginning on Thursday, September 24, 2015. He will stay in the City for two nights.
In late July, the National September Memorial & Museum will host a lottery to offer members of the September 11th community a chance to see Pope Francis arrive on the Memorial Plaza. A smaller number will be drawn for an opportunity to be present in the Museum during the Papal visit.
More information about how to enter the lottery will be provided by the Museum later in the month. Those lottery entrants who have been selected to attend the event will be notified in the middle of August.
