Reporter Christopher Hoffman writes in the December 18, 2015 edition of The Hartford Courant that the Richard M. Keane Foundation is modifying its method of giving.
The Richard M. Keane Foundation plans to run fewer programs and give more grants, to allow the foundation to support more activities and give away more funds.
The foundation, which honors the memory of Richard M. Keane, who was murdered in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001, supports, sustains and develops sports, fitness, recreation and educational programs in Wethersfield.
