Department of Homeland Security Secretary John Kelly said today that the risk of a U.S. terrorist attack is “as threatening today” as it was on 9/11 writes CNN’s Zachary Cohen.
Kelly gave a speech at George Washington University, discussing dangers of both homegrown and foreign terrorists to the United States. He said that the FBI has current terrorism investigations in all 50 states, and that there have been more than 35 ISIS plots that have been foiled in the last four years.
