Ex-director of Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America charged

Jerry Dimitriou, who once was the chief administrator of the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America has been arrested on embezzlement charges, accused of stealing more than $500,000 from the archdiocese as it struggled to rebuild St. Nicholas Church destroyed in the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

Developers battle over rights to build at 5 World Trade Center

The final piece of land available at the World Trade Center site is being fought for over different developers. The current contenders to develop the site are a partnership between Silverstein Properties and Brookfield Properties, and L&L MAG, and the parcel of land is the site of the former Deustsche Bank site, known as 5 World Trade Center.

Tech company Better.com expands to 89,000 s/f at 3 WTC

Technology company Better.com is expanding their space in 3 World Trade Center to 89,000 square, taking the entire 57th floor in addition to the 59th floor they already lease.
