Proposed NJ budget includes $2 million for Empty Sky 9/11 Memorial in Liberty State Park

New Jersey’s official state 9/11 memorial, Empty Sky, will receive $2,000,000 in funds for some long-needed repairs if the governor’s proposed budget goes through. The funding would be used to repair damage to the memorial sustained in Hurricane Sandy.

Titus uses seeds of peace in ‘Bad Art’

Bev Titus, mother of Alicia Titus, who was a flight attendant aboard American Flight 11 during the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, is one of the artists for the ninth annual “Bad Art by Good People” fundraiser in Urbana, OH this week.
