The surviving Boston marathon bomber, who is in prison, has been ordered by Judge George O’Toole to give his $1,400 COVID relief check to his victims, reports Harriet Alexander for the Daily Mail.
Dzhokhar Tsarnaev killed three people in the April 15, 2013 bombings, and killed two police officers days after the bombing. He injured nearly 300. As part of his sentence, the bomber has been ordered to pay $101 million to his victims. Tsarnaev has paid less than $3,000. so far.
