A groundbreaking ceremony was held for a dog park in Batesville, Arkansas, that will bear the name of former resident Sara Low, who was killed in the September 11, 2001 terrorist attacks, reports KAIT Arkansas.
Sara Low, 28, was a flight attendant aboard AA Flight 11.
The Sara Low Memorial Dog Park will be located on Chaney Drive in Batesville.
